What a pleasure it has been working with you, Pat, your staff and subcontractors to
construct my beautiful new home. Friends and relatives cautioned me that buildng a
new home would be fraught with difficulties, especially after the contract was signed.
They cited horror stories of shabby, cost saving practices by builders, and many
indicated they would never again undertake the construction of a new home.

Reflecting on my interactions with you and Pat, I found you to be professional,
knowledgeable, truthful and committed to building a home of the finest quality.
Your focus always was customer satisfaction.

Never having owned a home. let alone having one built, could have been a stressful
experience; however, you and Pat were consistently available to assist me in decision
making. On serveral occasions I changed my mind which meant that work had to be
redone, yet you never expressed exapseration and always followed through to ensure
that the change was made.

On a personal note, I want to thank you and Pat for your kindness, patience and
considerdation during my illness. I know that time tables had to be adjusted and
decisions put on hold during my recovery.

The emphasis you place on quality workmanship and materials, coupled with
attention to detail, while keeping costs within budget, are reasons that I would
highly recommend you to future customers.
