It only takes three to four months to
actually build, but you have to add the
time it takes to choose a builder, a building
site, and a home plan.

Once a building site has been selected,
we begin the process of defining a pre-
liminary plan and budget deciding on
the number of bedrooms, bathrooms,
square footage, and amenities like
porches and fireplaces. We work with the
customer to create a home plan that is
comfortable for them, based on their choices.

We develop a preliminary print from that
information, which we go over and revise
until it is to their liking. After the design
planning begins the construction process.

Each building experience is as unique as
the home being built. However the building
process general follows in logical steps, which we have outlined in the four phases at the right.
